TGI Fridays

My family and I will never go back to this location. Did not get points for previous meals-discounts and manager would not update my account. Very ignorant management that is not customer service caring. We walked out. Food mediocre. Service depending on server is very good or bad. Do not recommend this TGIF.

It was great..our server was awesome..and my steak...what can i say it was totally great..

Flavor was outstanding. The chicken was chewy and stringy kind of like frozen chicken that wasn't thawed out before it was cooked. And you need cheesy garlic bread not breadsticks. Correct those two and you'll be at a 5 plus Stars

Very nice. Staff was very helpful and super friendly. The food was perfect. Didn't have a long wait to be seated. Even the bathroom was spotless, I can't remember having any issues at the restaurant. Awesome experience.

Friendly host seated us immediately. Waitress was great and helpful. Food quality is average . Fresh salad, warm breadstick.

Fast service and great food!

The food, while it took a while, was worth the wait. Very attentive waitresses and waiters.

Sad. At Myrtle Beach 76th Ave N and 17, the place was in bad shape. Staff was working hard but seemed insensitive to areas with poor AC and shifted/ crowded tables. The restrooms with doors falling off the hinges was the worst. Stained toilet seats is just cheap and mismanaged. My stall door was barely hanging on with one hinge. I wonder what their kitchen was like? Their sunroom at 9pm should have had some AC; the lack of which could have been communicated. My husband's chair was 8" from the next table (2" from the next chair) the but they sat a couple there anyway. They were so befuddled at how to sit there and remained standing for minutes after the host left. They finally figured out how to get into the 18" space between their table and the corner. Kudos to the chef and kitchen staff who turned out great food with authentic charbroiled tasting meats inspite of obvious management problems.

The best ribs ever. Melissa our server shared the news of a special they were running. Seriously fall off the bone ribs cooked to perfection. It was a fun night, great food, great drinks.

Had the absolute best service ever! I don't remember our servers name, just that it started with a D and she was the sweetest woman ever and never let our drinks run empty. Was prompt with everything, and very friendly! 10/10 would come back just to be served by her again!

Pretty good food! The only thing I'm keeping it from a 5 star rating is the customer service. He asked too soon for us to be ready to go but other than that, the food is good

Love the service and staff. TGIFridays is a chain but its always about the service and fresh selections. Ribs, Salmon, Chicken are all done just right and tje portions are plentiful. Tip the staff well, they work hard and they are professional

Good weekday evening service. Free parking. Handicap accessible but not wheelchair accessible.

Food was standard chain food. Neither amazing nor bad. Very middle of the road. Thankful they offer the Beyond burger as an addition to boring salads on their menu...for we vegans and vegetarians. Service was fair. We signed around 9 PM and clearly the restaurant staff was not overly interested in providing fast or prompt service.

We had the most pleasant experience at TGIF visiting from Atlanta. From the beginning to the very end we were greeted at the door by a very pleasant young man we were seated fast our host was also exceptional very pleasant always had a smile on her face and checked in with us and we got our food in a timely manner. The food was amazing me and my wife was stuffed we enjoyed every min of our dining

Fod Was just ok. Fried Food was over fried. Ribs were WAY overcooked. Wings were good. Salad great. Service was excellent.

Service was great and quick. Food was really good and I can't wait to go back.

Had to send food back twice and still didnt get it right.. Unfortunately we wont be going back, we loved it the last few times but tonight was not it. Sad part we are locals & will have to find another dinner place that is close to homes

Best service ever! Hands down! Also, best ribs I've had. Great sauce and grilled taste, very tender, big portion. Fries crunchy and delicious. Excellent coleslaw, balanced dressing. It was my first time at TGI Fridays, but I'll go back as much as I can! Now one of my favorite restaurant.

Service was good but just a little slow, I ordered the glazed sammon and shrimp from the 2 for $14.99. it was good portion was small. Sons steak was ordered medium and steak came pretty rare. Server was ok but the food was not that great...

Absolutely delicious. If you in the mood for ribs you have got to try the whiskey ribs!!!!! Soooooo good and the whiskey sauce is delicious. Friendly staff and shout out to Jamison..the bomb bartender!!!

We had a good food here!We always enjoy a visit to Friday's and this location was great!

Wow, first my kids both used the app to place orders to go. One went through the other had app problems. So we got there went to bar bartender ordered the one kids order who had app trouble. My other kid let the bartender know that he had an order in . Sat there for about an hour my daughters came out about 1/2 hour later my sons didn’t. So still sat there wondering why his isn’t out, inquired about it , couldn’t find his order. So now where waiting for out to go drinks which personally should have been out when our order came out. So we just left. Got home and naturally I have to eat my food cold. So needless to say sorry never again.

Our stay was at Hampton. We walked to TGIF. Great spot. Serves was friendly and fast. The meal and drinks was on point.

I think this is one of the best chain restaurants in the country. Very large menu selection of very good quality food at reasonable prices.

We had the Feast for 20 dinner. It was a lot of food and it was great. Plenty of staff so there wasn’t any long wait for a table, for our food to come to the table, and even bussing the tables next to us took seconds. Only four stars because one set of our utensils were dirty and one serving plate wasn’t washed well... would definitely be back!

Server was amazing we were there for our 3rd year anniversary food was good and fresh except for chicken tenders was fried toooooo hard, also the greeter for some reason seem like she was sitting all African Americans all one side kind rubbed me the wrong way cause it didn't look right at all. Other than that we definitely enjoyed guest service more than anything.

While on vacation this week, I came in twice with the family. Both days we had very enthusiastic servers. They did everything they could to ensure we had a great dinner. The food was on the bland side the first night, my entire party said theirs was too. The second time we had only the endless appetizers and it was much better. Would have given five stars if not for the first night's visit.

So disappointed in TGIFs. We decided to give the chain another shot because we have been disappointed in the past and well they didn't improve in any way. We wound up in the same situation. Overcooked shrimp, way too much dressing on salad. Steak was ok, potato skins were alright too. But this place cost too much not to be consistent. We don't plan to ever eat an another TGIF in the future.

Okay experience. The food doesn’t taste like it looks, thankfully we only payed for one meal and used points for the other. Service was decent.

Food was good. Staff was friendly. THERE WAS NO TOILET PAPER IN THE BATHROOM!

Good inexpensive place to grab something to eat. Quick service and clean. They have some lunch specials that are good for everyone.

Terrible rotten stinky nasty lemon in my food looked like it fell from a bust pan or used cup. my steak was cooked well done despite asking for RARE even had a “well done” labeled pick on it. Burger was made with everything on it despite a request for meat bread and cheeses ONLY made wrong the first and second time. Female manger was rude and ugly and did not care to hear our concerns walking away as we speak to her waitress was careless while ordering and took well over an hour to get any amount of food. Cups stayed empty whole dinner. And they wanted to make us pay full price for everything despite there was only one plate of food that was edible. My steak had to be made twice over and still not cooked properly. I will never ever ever in my entire life return back here. I watched two different table get up and leave because of how terrible this place is. So sad I feel like I waisted my time here with nasty food and rude careless staff.

First time going loved it

My light portion of grilled chicken (one breast vs. two), broccoli, and rice pilaf was what the doctor ordered. After a better than average wait time, the food arrived hot. With the lighter portion, I was able to order dessert to be shared (but no one wanted any). The brownie a la mode was absolutely delicious!

A Fridays near our home recently closed due to owners retiring. We miss it, so when we spotted one near a resort we were staying at we had to make a stop a priority. Menu included our favorites well prepared and served by a friendly, helpful staff. Very glad we found it.

Looking for something quick to eat after a long day of traveling. Several local places were packed (small dining areas) we headed to a favorite. The service was excellent and the food was great. Will stop here again.

Everything was great besides the food unfortunately. I ordered the shrimp n chicken and the chicken was overcooked, full of fat and very small portion. Only giving 2 stars bc our server was great. I wont be going back for the food. The Hennessey Lemonade was worth going back for though.

Not sure what's going on at this TGIF. The restaurant was less than half full. The hostess bypassed tons of empty tables took us straight to the very last table, next to the restrooms! Then we noticed that ALL of the African American parties were seated in the back of the restaurant! Also, I asked for my steak to be well done, it came out medium. They took it back to cook more. By the time they finally brought it back, I was almost thru eating the rest of my food. If I didn't eat, it would have been cold by the time the steak came back. I will not come back to this restaurant and would not recommend it. However, our server was nice.

Our bar server was freaknfantastic. He wore glasses. He was great on the date of 03062020 Friday around 8ish!!!!!
